Our Charter of Operation has been approved by the Vietnam Union of Scientific and Technological Associations (“VUSTA”) under Establishment Decision No. 752/QĐ-LHHVN, dated July 12th 2019.  Our organization and operation code is attached to Decision No. 753/QĐ-LHHVN, dated July 12th 2019 and registered with the Ministry of Science and Technology (“MOST”) under Registration License No. A-2098 dated July 22nd 2019.   

 

The Institute operates on the principle of independence, autonomy, and is privately financed according to the provisions of the law, the Charter and regulations of VUSTA, and is responsible for adhering to activities stated in the Registration Certificate issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Charter of Operation approved by VUSTA.
