Vietnam Planning and Development Institute (“PDI”) is a Vietnamese independent research and consulting institute, member of the Vietnam Union of Scientific and Technological Associations (“VUSTA”) under Establishment Decision No. 752/QĐ-LHHVN dated July 12th 2019, and legally registered with the Ministry of Science and Technology (“MOST”) of Vietnam under Registration License No. A-2098 dated July 22nd 2019.

 

PDI is a registered legal entity, with an official organization certificate and bank account. We operate on the principle of independence, autonomy, and privately financed according to the provisions of the law, the Charter and regulations of VUSTA, and take self-responsibility for activities stated in the Registration Certificate by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Charter of Operation approved by VUSTA.
